Dear Choudhary,
I am Barrister Johnson Anozie, and I am the Legal representative and Account guarantor of Late Mr. David Choudhary, who lived here in Nigeria for the past twenty years.
On April 24, 2001, my client was involved in a fatal motor accident, in which all occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost there lives. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating most especially, the money left behind by my client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where this huge deposit was lodged, as I could not trace his relations since the incident.
Particularly,The Global Bank PLC where the deceased had an account valued at about Thirteen million, Five hundred and fifteen thousand United States Dollars (US$$13,515,000,00),has issued me a notice to provide the Next of kin,or have the account confiscated.
I seek your consent to present you as the Next of kin of the deceased since you have the same last name with him, so that the proceeds of this account valued at US$13,515,000,00 can be paid to you (as my clients Next of Kin), after which we can share the amount on a mutual agreed percentage. All legal documents to back up this claim as the deceased’s Next of Kin, will be provided. All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us see this deal through.
The Inheritance Law clearly leaves the onus of proof of who is or is not the next of kin, to the deceased’s Lawyer to prove. As the deceased Lawyer, the Law says l have the final say of who is the beneficiary of the deceased’s inheritance.
This deal is 100% percent legal. As a lawyer I know this. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law.
Please get in touch with me through email, to enable me furnish you with more information about this transaction.
Thanks,
Barrister Johnson Anozie.
